Issues with FW Magazine Issue 6 - PRINT Version please read

Dear Members and Contributors,

To all that purchased FW Mag 6 in print, and find their order delayed. The magazine PDF had an internal problem with their being excess info in the PDF which hadn't been deleted. I hadn't realized when the file was uploaded. LULU have made me aware of this problem. It took a little while to fix, but I'm glad to say I'm uploading the file now, fixed and ready. When LULU OK it, those of you that haven't recieved your printed copies will have them sent out.

I'm sorry to tell you that for the second tim I received an email from Lulu telling me there was a problem to purchase FWM #006 and the problem was about the uploaded file.
Can't purchase it

OK here' s an update of what's been going on..

Lulu intially refused to send out printed copies of the magazine due to some problems with the contents of the exported PDF. Indesign had left some elements present on the whiteboard which had exported into the PDF, which they would not allow, bearing in mind this would not affect the print.

Myself and Anna went through the indesign document again and removed these elements and re-uploaded the PDF to Lulu. Apon recepit we ordered a proof copy (again) and everything was fine. Anna informed Lulu yesterday morning (GMT) that the proof was fine, as per their request so they could start handling the print orders again.

It seems that they either have not passed this information on yet, or...?

We're both losing patience with  them at the moment, we'll keep you posted.
